The guest journey
From the room to the return door, Bubble guides the way.
Guests order from the room card on their phone. They drop a labelled bag into the concierge's hands. Our team collects, coordinates cleaning and loads the return door; Bubble tells the guest when it's ready.
The unit
“These are my hands.”
A concierge looks after the guest; the cabinet handles the bags. The proposed unit combines a touchscreen and label printer, a bag roll and drop hatch, and six return doors, two of them tall for suits and gowns.
The pilot
Before the first bag, the right questions.
- Where the unit stands and what it needs from the wall.
- Who collects, who cleans, who loads the doors.
- What happens when a garment is late, lost or damaged, and under whose cover.
- What Bubble may and may not say to your guests.
- Pilot costs and terms.
The first call is about your property and whether there is a fit. These details would be agreed before a pilot begins.
